Went online thinking I was filling out Passport application online for Dallas Texas. Filled in SS#, birthdates, birthdates, marriage and divorce date, emergency contacts information, home address ETC.. also sent payment via online payment use of debit card. After completed realized it was only suppose to send me filled out document to my email for me to print off and in turn would take to a Government Agency location to apply for passport. Never received email even a few hours later and realized it was Fraud. And now my personal information had been stolen. Put a fraud report thru my bank and came to ScamPulse.com to see if any other claims for same site ,and there was already another one reported.
