I received a mailing form Pass Thru Trust. I think it may be a scam. May be fraud. Their phone number is 800-427-8549. I am facing foreclosure. They reverse a Foreclosure. Stay in my property for $400 a month. They picked up a $500 down payment at my home last Monday. I was given a receipt. The mailin did not have an address.
