Did not do what was promised, gave excuses as to why he couldn't get to the job. Has refused to give us our money back. Excuse after excuse as to why he can't pay us back. Do not trust this man, do not trust his company. If he was a true professional he would pay back his customers for the work he never even started. The last thing I want to do is just give money away for no reason. Pay people back what they are owed. Truly outraged with Pasha's lack of professionalism. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The business owner I mentioned in my report was referred to me and came on May 13/2020 and presented a reasonable quote to do my driveway in concrete. He was friendly talked about his family and background and gave the impression of a successful business. He told me he would do the driveway at the end of May 2020 if I'd give him a cash deposit of $5,000.00. Several days later he came with a written contract, I gave him cash believing that he was honest and reliable to start work on my driveway. However, he never showed up after many Phone calls and Text messages. He kept giving me a date but it was one lie after another lie that went on month after month. Finally, in November 2020 I demanded he refunded my deposit. He issued a post-dated cheque in Feb 2021 that was NSF. Now a year later driveway is not done and he scammed me for $5,000.00.Help me to get my refund back
