I called this company and hired a character (Captain America) and a Face Painter for my sons third birthday. I was told I need to put a deposit down. I did so and got email confirmations for everything. I booked them two months in advance. No problems. Day of party 10 minutes after they were suppose to show up I call them and they tell me they will call them to see where they are and they will call me back or the character and face painter will. 20 minutes later still no one, at this point I’m calling over and over and no one will answer. 1 hour later still no one, I finally get a hold of someone and they change their story and tell me that they have no way of co tasting the characters and all they can do is chat with their “handler”. Party ended and no one showed up. I called and emailed multiple times. Got no response. Finally later that night I made one more attempt. I got a hold of a guy named Russell. All he could tell me was that it was a no show and that he would again chat with their handler and see what happened. He changed his story a lot and I could tell right there I was being scammed. After doing my research there is a ton of complaints with other people dealing with the same thing from this “business”. I cannot believe people would do this to little kids. My son was so upset and his party was ruined. Right along with many many others as I have read. Please get these people caught and thrown in jail for stealing money and never providing services

I went to the website booked the hulk for my sons 3rd bday, he was supposed to come with Character entrance to theme song, face painting, magic show, dancing, games, sculpture balloons, but all he did was walk around my yard and did not entertain the kids at all...this was a complete waste of money, when I called to complain, A supervisor ( I was told no one was higher up then him)from party characters for kids told me my money was render and no refund will be given. Was not willing to help at all, I have called several times spoke to many people which they tell me they will call back and they don't I have at least 6 emails to them with no response, I am sad that my sons bday party was ruined the kids were completely bored and unentertained. I believe this company is out to rip people off they were not able to provide me what they have on there website and it became my problem.
