I would rate this company "ZERO" if I could.

Very dishonest business, please save yourself a Nightmare and look elsewhere for another Limo Service, below is our story what happened on Friday August 12th 2022.

Before I go on I want to stress the fact that their Limos are extremely outdated, I say 90's era Limos and they don't ride smooth at all. We couldn't even listen to any Music because the radio was so old that you couldn't connect via Bluetooth and play anything from your phone. Inside of the Limo had a lot of wear and tear on the seating and upholstery as well.

Do not ever use this Limo Service (www.partybusandlimorentalhouston.com) Please pass this story along to your friends. We used this service back in June and everything went okay. It was $419 to come to Lake Jackson and take us to Stereo Live in Houston and then return after 2AM when the venue closed. Since the first experience went okay although Limo were outdate I contacted them again for service on Friday August 12th and set everything up. First problem we had the driver arrives early at 8PM when we requested an 8:45PM pickup time, wife goes outside to talk the driver and was told that we were being charged for waiting, keep in mind this is supposed to be a flat fee of $419 only to and from the Venue (we didn't rent the Limo for the entire night). Once we were ready we went outside and I spoke to the driver and her paperwork said that I would owe $539 for the night. I told her that I had just spoken to her boss a few days ago and it was supposed to be $419 total, and that I would tip after the return ride home if I felt everything went smoothly. Then I was instructed that the contracts have changed, it went to $439 and they also added a 20% surcharge on top of that. At this point I told her (Limo Driver) no thanks we will just drive ourselves. Keep in mind that this service accepts "Cash" only up front. So I instructed my wife to get out of Limo and we went back inside. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's the boss or guy that I setup everything with in the first place. He asked what was going on, and I said you tell me? Some back and forth went on over the phone but he said you're a repeat customer and we got you and it's going to be the original amount of $419. At this point my intuition was telling me that something just felt wrong. I told the driver that I would only give her half ($209) now and the other half upon the ride home. One the way to the venue the driver was seemingly driving in a really bad manner, I turn my GPS on and she was going 75mph and 80mph at times and weaving in and out of traffic and since we were in the very back of the Limo we were getting tossed about. Upon arriving at the Limo I ask who will be my return driver and how do I get in contact with them, I was told that it would not be her and I would need to speak with the other guy I spoke with on the phone. Literally 10 minutes after we arrived at the Venue, I get a text saying "We will not come get you". We still had a good time at the show but then had to pay for Lyft to get home. So basically, this company tries extort money by increasing the rates, shows up at the wrong time and then blames the customer. The absolute worse thing about this is that we were coerced to get back in the Limo just so they could get some money out of us and then leave us stranded without a return ride home. Just a really unprofessional thing to do to a customer just because I questioned the contract changes and said were not honest and I felt like I was being taking advantage of. I'm really glad that I listened to my intuition and trusted my gut and did not pay the full amount up front as we would have been really ripped off. Other reviews on Yelp confirm that they are doing these same types on antics to other customers. I truly felt that had we paid the "FULL" amount in "CASH" as they wanted that we would have been ghosted and lost half of our money. I hope to warn others not to use this "Dishonest" company and truly wish they would be investigated and shutdown.
