Type of a scam Online Purchase
The engine never arrived.
I was told an alternate engine would be sent. Again lost in shipping
I requested a refund. Reported to be sent certified and 1st class mail with tracking number. USPS website reports this as in transit. One month later, still no check.
Multiple calls. They use an operator service now. Service person never returns calls. Always told they are away from their desk or unavailable.
