Parking revenue recovery services, incorporated. At PO box 440-350 Aurora California 80044 at, phone 877-302-7275, has parking signs up for people that Park in their stalls which is adjacent to Bank of America ATM. They basically share the same parking lot. I was parked there one morning around 6:00 a.m., and they sent me a parking bill, when I did not even Park in any of their stalls and I was only there for a few minutes. I was having a little difficulty at my ATM and was there for a few minutes and then drove through their parking lot, which everyone else does, and exited through their exit. I just called them today, 3/10/25 and talk to a representative named Charles at around 3:46 p.m. he said that I got the charge because their cameras got my license plates and I was there before banking business hours of 8:00 a.m. so, they are scamming me for not even parking in their parking stalls and need to be stopped!

This company PRRS and the parking lots they represent in Denver should be shut down. (I watched the CBS News stories on them, why are they still in business???) We received 2 notices from them with photos of my daughter's car- 1 notice was dated more than 2 years ago and it was the first notification we have ever received.

They threatened to tow or boot the car if the tickets were not paid. There is no way to 'prove' these tickets were paid. These are public lots, with little or no signage. They are predatory in their charges and collection, they should be shut down.
