A woman identifying herself as “Alicia Smith” indicated that I employed non-English speaking staff. I employ both English speaking and non English speaking staff. When I asked what the call was all about she stuttered severely and said “The law firm cannot comment on this at the moment and we will send you something in writing.” To that I replied “Intersting. I deal with lawyers all day long and they are very clear, precise, and professional. Since you cannot my answer my question why don’t you send me something in writing and be more professional.” To that the woman using the alias of “Alicia Smith” said “You be more professional!” I have this whole conversation recorded in the event you need to hear this woman’s voice.
