(Report taken by BBB staff.) Consumer rec'd a check Sat. from P*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ***. Another phone # was ***. Assigned coordinator *** *** at no. below. Said it was based on an application she filled out but she has not filled out anything. Offered her a position as "Undercover customer service evaluator." Enclosed was a check for $1510.00. First assignment is to evaluate MoneyGram or Western Union transfer service w/ $990. Est. sender fee for W.U. was $20. "Mdse is for you to keep." (Does not say what.) Send receipts only $100. (consumer had no idea what this meant). On opposite side of letter there is a form to fill out in block letters only. Asks for ID # (did not give), name, info about "product", questions about store shopped. Questions about process w/ agent (assume). Her husband is a banker and told her to call BBB.
