This is a timeshare scam. They work out of Mexico. They prey on people trying to get out of their time share contracts. They have sophisticated forgery of state tax docs and a wide variety of other docs in order for you to think it is real. They get you to put money into the process. Then hold your money hostage for a variety of reasons like state taxes for Mexico, insurance bonds Then in the end they steal all the money that you thought was in an irrevocable trust account and stop communication with you.

Lester, who was your broker? I am currently working with parks and associates right now and the same thing is happening to me. I’ve put down $7k, I was supposed to get my money last week then they just told me it’s being held in customs and I have to pay another $4500 in order to get my money out of customs. Did you ever get your money?
