Placed an order for (2) STIHL GTA 26 battery powered 4” pruning saws, November 24 202. Used my Pay Pal acct. & paid merchant $149.16. Never received any notice that the order was sent & I did NOT received my order!!! Web page had notice stating something to the effect that merchant will not reply to emails if purchase order is not of significant $$$ value. Had disputed charge with P. Pal who in turn, (originally) eliminated all charges. Shortly thereafter, I received an exact similar billing of $149.16 on my account. Merchant made claim that order was sent & I the customer received the order. They’re communication in (Pay Pal) records reflects costumer order received “not as described”. Current case status: under review. Awaiting permanent discharge of the fraudulent $149.16 charge… I’m rather certain that anyone dealing with or having delt with the merchant perezalicia has nothing good to say about their business dealings.
