I ordered flowers through the obituary...clicked on the icon "SEND FLOWERS". It went through 1-800 BLOOMS and then through a local florist...Parent Florist on 1857 Dewey Ave in Rochester, NY. This is all a scam...they never delivered the flowers and said they would at 9 am on Sunday, 11/19 at the Funeral Home. They never showed up. I called the florist that said they were open from 8-6 ...no answer, no answering machine. Called all day long. Then I went to find the florist....there is no such florist. It is a United States Postal office. I called 1-800-Blooms and was refunded the money and told them to take the florist off their list. They are scaming people out of money for flowers. The website looks fake too.
