They work with other scamming websites that pretend to use this service for shipping you get a tracking number that just shows a package was dropped off at various their facility but that's it. It never goes anywhere the phone number is bogus they claim 24 /7 customer service I have sent numerous emails no reply I haven't gotten a reply from anyone at that site after investigating a little bite the vario sort facility is indeed a scam so this needs shut down it's pretty bad when ppl need medications or medical supplies and can't help but recieve nothing because of this type of delivery scam so if parcelexcite is being told will be the delivery service keep your money and go somewhere else to order.
