We called or emailed every week and they kept saying the loan is being processed. Finally, after six months, the loan manager Marc Pescatrice from Paramount bank 1-440-781-5857 emailed on April 7, 2021, not called to inform me that the there are issues with getting the rate we were promised. Marc stated we could get a new higher rate right away and to decide soon to get a new higher rate lock.
We feel this Bank and their associates took advantage of us and wanted to share with others to be aware of dealing with banks out of state.
