Called the bank of the over draft and they didn't know anything about this business. They claimed legal papers went out to my child hood address.
Couldn't provide the #for the collection agency TMT COLLECTIONS that they received the account from. Wouldn't send any email about it until I agreed to make a payment arrangement. When I asked questions he got ride and said he didn't need to help me .
The previous call I got from THE CALVARY GROUP was the same attitude. Both wanting money now & refusing to send any info to me about it until I made an agreement to pay so they weren't "wasting their time on me." I did not pay. Be aware of these scammers - always ask for a apaper trail before and agreements are made.
