Someone called from a Gatlinburg, TN number saying they were a paralegal trying to verify my income for a garnishment through the Shelby County Clerks office. They had my social security number, but I would not verify it. They would not tell me who was trying to sue/garnish me, they just kept pressuring trying to get me to verify my social. I hung up.

They left a voice mail saying there has been a legal case filed against my name. Click 9 to speak to one of there paralegal members to avoid being taken into custody. I didn’t call them back.
