I ordered a rare plant that she had pictured. It was 200 plus 30 to ship. Zelled her the money and she said it will ship in the morning next day. Next morning.,I recieved a text saying that there was a problem sending the plant bc it needed a clearance certificate which will cost another 100 to AZ from TX. I told her I have never heard of such and that I wanted my money back and cancel . She persisted on the clearance certificate but I demanded my refund back. Then she said the process will take 7 days for a refund. I texted her 7 days later and ask where my refund was and she totally blocked me from website and text messenger. I texted the phone number she used to Zelle and demanded a refund or I will report her. I didn't get response of any kind. I am so upset. So I reported her to Zelle, my bank and now reporting to BBB.
