I ordered the pet steps in May 2019, a month before getting my new puppy...it is now June 2020 and I still have never received the steps. The puppy is now a year old. I did contact the company several times in 2019, always got the reply that the order was still in process, that they would let me know when it ships. So I am out about $10 and still no steps. SCAM for sure... saw their ad on Facebook... beware

Do not purchase anything from Paradise Fashion Store or Paradise Fashion. Ordered a dog bed in June of 2019, never received bed but credit card was charged. Sent an e-mail inquiring about order and received an order message with an order number. Never received anything else.

I purchased two separate orders. immediately after I realized it was a scam and had emailed them and asked them to refund me my money. They answered back saying that my items would be sent out but it might take a long time. I gave them a month and now it's been over 3-4 months. I've gotten a hold of them several times and they continue to say that they will give me my money back but they never do.

On April 21, saw an add on social media (facebook), an offer for a free product (portable pet stairs) where I was duped into paying $9.47 for "shipping". Initial email states "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Three weeks later and no answer and no item.

They had an ad posted on instagram for a free faux fur dog bed you just pay shipping cost. I placed my order end of February and never received a confirmation of order or when I will receive order. Every time I open the website it shows the exact information as when it will be placed. I emailed them several times and never received a response.
