Pappya advertises on FB that they are an American company and returns are free. The order I placed arrived and the clothing doesn’t fit. I want to return it but they won’t give me their mailing address (I’ve tried 3 times) and are offering me $16 and then $24. I paid $79 and want my money back.

This company says made and shipped from South carolina. Scam. There is no phone # or address. Paid $15 for shipping g, took forever.. at one point it was in California. I live in Philly. Item did not look like the dress online, and want to return it. Their website says free returns 30 days. Wel they won't give me a return or are Making me pay for the return. No. That is not a legit south carolina company! Scam company from China. This company they are liars

Ordered cloths through the website papaya.com. Never received a confirmation email for my purchase. A month went by and I realized I had not heard from pappya, nor had I received my cloths. Finally, after one month, I emailed them (as the only phone number is in UK and NOT South Carolina as they claim on the website). When I emailed them I expressed my disappointment and concern, and asked they respond within 24 hours or I would dispute with my bank. After 2.5 days I received 2 emails. First one asking if I could wait for my clothing delivery as they were delayed due to demand. Then, within 5 mins., I received another email from them saying my cloths have been shipped. So I ask you, why does it state on their website that shipping is from overseas when they claim the cloths are made in South Carolina!?!?!?!? I don't even know if this company is legitimate But I do feel as though I have been tricked and scammed. Very poor business practices and no customer service. AT ALL

I ordered a top from the online website, Pappya.com. The first top (order # *******) I ordered on 12/28/22. I did receive it in late January. According to their site, their clothing is made in South Carolina. Here is a quote from their site...." Our products are all made in South Carolina, U.S and ship directly from there." Simply not true. On the package which held the garment, it read, "Made in China". Totally misrepresented themselves. In the description of the garment it read 65% cotton and 35% Elastane. Not a chance it was 65% cotton. The style number is #817894. I ordered a size Small. It was huge. The pattern looked nothing like what I ordered from the website. What is most disturbing is that the only reason I ordered from Pappya was because it was, "Made in the U.S." and would come from South Carolina. This cannot be legal. Their phone number is somewhere in the UK. XPB International LTD 69 Aberdeen Avenue Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB2 8DL +447482875871. It seems I cannot return the garment unless it has "quality" problems. Please advise on what I might do as a result of them mis-representing themselves as a company that "makes all their garments in the U.S. So upsetting.

Ordered through a Facebook ad. When the "your order has been shipped" email came,clicked the tracking link only to see that there is no information. Nothing was arriving and when I emailed the service email address was told "it is in transit". My multiple requests for a cancelation and refund have only been met with cryptic replies of your order is in transit. Looking into things, there is no real information on the company available through their website. So my bad for clicking that link, believing that I was getting clothing from the US, and being scammed.

False Advertising: xborderecommerce is billed out of China and shipped from China. It advertises clothing from South Carolina and Greenwood, Illonois. It uses many DBA's. Pappya, Yaroi, Olcey, Lywey, Vukae, Ryabe, and others. All advertised on social media particularly Facebook and FB Marketplace. The buyer does not know where the items are shipped from or billed from until an email arrives. Quality is subpar and hard to return. Best to stop payment through the credit card. Do not wait! Ask for a refund immediately while contacting your credit card company.

I tried to look up the order # and tracking number, which wasn't showing, when they said shipped. I ordered an item on 12/14/22. They said it shipped on 12/16/22. There was no contact number. I tried to check the company and order out and my computer posted a possible scam.

Ordered 3 items one month ago through Facebook, but I still haven’t received them. They keep saying they are shipped, but the tracking number is staying in one location for about a week. They are obviously not located in the US by the emails that I received. I sent an email stating that I was going to turn them over to the BBB, and the shipping changed from “label created” on 11-28/22 to “Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item” on 12/8/22. It hasn’t moved in two days. I just asked for a full refund, so we will see how that goes. They also changed there location from North Caroline to Indiana and I have also seen the exact same clothes on two company names of Lsoru and Crigne. Beware buyers!

I came across this website on Facebook. This company claims their clothing is made in South Carolina. After I purchased a sweater from this company on 11/29 and submitting the order I came across a high volume of negative reviews. Upon looking through the website further, I discovered they are not, in fact, located in South Carolina. They only offer an email address to contact them. The mailing address appears to be in the UK.

I immediately cancelled my order. The company responded quickly and said they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. It has been approximately ten business days and I have yet to see a refund despite following up with them multiple times. Please be aware that this company appears to be scamming its customers.
