A potential fake parking company came out of nowhere, the area in question is a private property where a construction is being done but is shut down period till spring . They posted these signs on cars to pay before the start date or else face towing. On the Property is no indication of Towing sign or no parking allowed, there are individuals who have paid these so called "Papineau parking" upwards 150$ . There was an individual who toke money from my friend she was unprofessional & only request cash only. They claim to own the property but have not shown any proof and there is no known registration of this company with the province of Quebec . There is something very suspicious of them
