I purchased 3 outfits from this company, shipping was international so I knew it would take some time. I saw via the tracking information that the package cleared customs and was sent to a local carrier in 8/29/23. I was getting ready to move and contacted the company to see if it would arrive before then. They told me they'd contact the shipping company. After a month of emailing back and forth I have no resolution, no package and they've refused to refund me.
