Bank came back and denied the protest because I had entered a subscription. I assume they called as well and the company told them that. Called them again today and was on hold for w while. Reached a rep and told her I wanted to cancel my subscription. She immediately tried to discount my bill to $49.00 totally ignoring my request to cancel. This happened 3 times before she gave me a cancelation number C1367952, which I highly doubt is a real cancelation number. Then I asked for a refund and was happy to return the watches - by this time I had recieved 4 and hit with 4 charges of $98.99. She told me she couldn't give me a refund twice as I protested. I asked for a supervisor. She told me they were all busy on other calls, so I waited with her on the line for about 25 minutes before I spoke with Tasha (supervisor). She took my name and listened to my request for the refund and why I wanted it. Then she pretended that the call dropped and was telling me she couldn't hear me. She did this several times and then the call dropped. I was on my cell phone in my office, but I heard her the entire time. The call didn't drop until I asked for the refund, then she mysteriously couldn't hear me. Convenient timing. She did say to call back, so I will, but this is a huge scam. Why would a watch company be named Pantera Health. To mislead and scam you out of money. What company doesn't offer a refund when you are not happy with the product, or at least offer some sort of compromise. Terrible company if not a scam...
