This company is a scam. I saw them on TV and ordered online. They asked for billing info up front, offered multiple extra items which I declined, then charged me for items I did not want. They provided NO order review and NO order approval screen! They simply stated "Your order has been placed". When I got the email receipt for $42.43 instead of $14.99 plus shipping, I called them. Their phone number was not answered until the next business day. They said my order had been processed and they refused to cancel. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Refused to give me an email address, only a warehouse address, to which I wrote. I told them verbally and in writing (2/26/18) not to ship ANYTHING. I had not authorized what they are shipping. If they charged my credit card, I would fight it. If they shipped, they would have to issue a call tag if they wanted it back. They still charged me, and shipped Mar 2! I am disputing the charge with VISA, and am in the process of also reporting the company to Consumer Affairs, Clark Howard, and FTC. I am asking for a complete refund on my credit card and for them to issue a return call tag if they want the product back. I will attempt to refuse shipment if I am home when FedEx delivers.
