Money taken but no merchandise

I had ordered November 11 2021 they took the money out of my account for 81.96 same day but never received my purchase. I had contacted them since they had no phone but via email. I still have not heard from them. I had contacted 4x . so i called bank to stop transaction but the sol person of website claims they sent out my purchase. They reversed the charges at first but took it back out since the pandora said they gave me my stuff. I never received anything. They are CONS...Thief's... And should be shut down so no one else gets taken advantage of. They will pay eventually..GOD sees all.

Placed an order from the pandora outlet website. It is the first site that comes up when you search Pandora Outlet. I never got a email with my order number or confirmation number. I searched and realized it was a fake website. The day after I made the purchase, I locked my credit card. A purchase for $100 that I did not make was declined. Please shut this website down.
