If you paid $100 for pants, and you say you want to return them, they consistently request you to keep the pants, because they know the shipping cost will be too high to return them, which is why they require you to pay the return shipping, which comes out to be over $150 from the US to China.
For your trouble, they may offer you a $5 refund which is more than they can afford, which is a lie, because the pants look like they took $2 to make. When you accept the refund, they keep telling you it will take 7-10 business days to reach your account, which is a lie, because with paypal you can immediately transfer money. Each time you remind them to refund you, they give the same email of 10 business days.... you will wait forever.
Not only are their products HORRIBLY made, they DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE, and once you make a purchase YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I recommend no one to make a purchase from this company.
