Budgetjive.com and Hoteljive.com are not legitimate travel agencies. In our case they booked a week long vacation to Atlantis through another room whole-seller (Bonotel Travel), we paid Hoteljive.com, they did not pay Bonotel Travel and Bonotel canceled our room at Atlantis however Hoteljive.com did not inform us. Our room was canceled in December however Hoteljive.com asked for the remaining balance of our room in January, pocketing our money. They are not answering phones or returning emails, completely unresponsive. I have disputed with my credit card, PayPal and made a complaint with the state attorney general.
