Found the breeder online, responded a couple of times, had to answer questions then they agreed to sale the puppy. Paid $700 thru a Zelle. Breeder suppose to ship. Next day received a call from the shipper who said breeder did not send dog in TSA approved shipping crate, needed to rent a climate control crate, for $1510, but would receive a refund for most once puppy was received. Sent shipper $1510 ($500 thru Zelle then other by money order deposited into a WellsFargo account). Shipper called back said puppy leave in 2hrs 45min and will arrive at Jacksonville International Airport during the night and would arrive at my house about 11:30a next day. Next morning shipper called and said dog in Louisianna airport but now needs $2010 for insurance but all but $10 would be refunded once dog arrives at my house. Did not do since I was out of money. Went to my bank to report but said that they and zelle is not responsible for goods since I initiated the payment. Contacted breeder who said shipper was a new company for them, reported the crate issue and insurance to them. Have e-mailed them several more times but they are no longer responding.
