I ordered March 2 2023 and the item never recieved a tracking number. Then they kept saying, we'll get it on the way but never sent anything and then they stopped responding when i asked for a refund.

They are running a website for jewelry. They have a few items for free just pay for shipping I used a company called karlana to make the purchase because they are a buy now pay later establishment. Once paid for the item I didn't receive a confirmation email but a text I did receive with nothing more then a thank you message for shopping with them the shipping is labeled expedited shipping and yet I have not received any confirmation that tge tracking number is real I've tried reputable companies like "shop now " once I reached out to the company by email they told me that my order was already processed and couldn't be refunded or canceled I told them I would go to the ScamPulse.com and I received a email hours later with a confirmation number that is not active .
