I ordered swimwear - paying $335. It was delivered, came from CHINA and was of very poor quality. I tried to return it but they will not respond to my emails. And, the only way to make a return apparently is to obtain a return authorization code - they will not provide it, so I cannot make the return.

I placed an order in December for 3 swimsuits. I received one last week...I have never received the other two. I have emailed MULTIPLE times and none of my emails go through. I have received a message that the email has permanently failed. I have searched for a phone number on the website...none listed. I have followed the directions to resolve the claim and the directions (Contact Us----Submit a Ticket---Warranty and Return---Submit a Ticket) are not supported on their website.

I ordered a swimsuit and I need a larger size. I cannot get a reply after sending 5 emails to the website they provided for returns/exchanges/customer services. There deadline for returns is 15 days from delivery. There's no phone provided so I am stuck with the swimsuit that is too small.
