I bought three bathing suits at the beginning of August. On August 17. I received an email that they were sitting in a warehouse in Bloomington Illinois. USPS says that they are waiting for the product to deliver to me. The company keeps telling me to track my order, but the order always says the same thing do not buy from them. There is no customer service. I keep trying to contact them every day and I get the same response of thank you for being patient.

Purchased 1 swim suit for $42.58. It didn't fit me well. I tried to return immediately. The policy said a refund would be granted within 15 days from the delivered date if item is unworn with labels attached. When I tried to start the online return process (send us an email explaining the issue) I got a response back that they wanted me to, "measure the item by referring to the parameter in our size guide and send us the real measurements with some photos. You don't have to put it on, just spread it out on the table or floor to measure and take some photos." I refused to do that and asked for a full refund per their policy. The next response from them was, "Would it be a considered solution that we offer a $6 refund as compensation and you keep the itemyou would like to return please." They said it not, they would provide the return instructions in the next email. I didn't accept that either. Then they offered the $6 again and then just started sending me back my email responses. I got on a scam site and saw that nobody every got a full refund so I gave up. I told them I would not return the suit and would donate it to a charity and would report them for horrible service and possible scam.

Swimsuit didn't have the right fit for me. Tried to return immedidately (15 day return policy) and got a huge run-around. They asked me to take a picture of the suit on the floor next to the size chart and tell me why it didn't fit me. Then they started offering $6 as a refund and for me to send back the suit (at my cost). Then they just started sending me back my email replies - trying to get me past the 15 day return window. Finally I just said I would donate the suit so someone can wear it and report them as a scam. Worst and weirdest shopping exchange I have ever experienced. BEWARE!

They say you have 15 days to return- but then ignore emails until finally some jackoff responds and says we will pay you 10$ to just keep it - then states let’s take a step back from each other. Then blocks your next email to customer service when you say no!

I ordered and received swimwear, size M from Palmcici website. Because the sizeing was way off, I requested a returns authorization on Jan 19 - no reply, I requested an authorization again on Jan 22- no reply. My total purchase was $111.98. Their website assured that swimwear was returnable if never worn, which was the case. I could see right off that this swimwear would not fit. I had recently ordered from another company and a Medium fit perfectly.

I purchased and received swimwear from Palmcici. The sizing was way off. I followed their returns policy with an e-mail for authorization to return and an address for returns. I have not heard back from [email protected]. I am reporting this company to Scampulse.com.

I ordered over $100 of swimsuit wear. The sizing was way off. I requested via E-mail for a returns authorization using [email protected] address. There was no phone # listed and no physical address for returns. Of course I received no returns authorization! I believe I am out of luck getting my money back.

I ordered $81.31 worth of swimwear, got my order a few weeks later, they didn't fit and one item sent was not the size I ordered. I never received a confirmation number with my order. I emailed the company four times to get an address for returns, all within the 15 day return window, but no reply. I called my credit card company. Lo and behold, Palmcici returns my email with back and forth emails between us with questions unanswered like where am I returning my order to. Eventually they offered my $20 to keep my order. When I rejected the offer they then sent an address which I Googled and found that it is a bogus address. My credit card company is about ready to close case and not give me a refund be cause they have a copy of the email this slimy company sent me offering a way to return the swimsuits...to a bogus address! Ugh, I am so ticked. This company needs to be stopped!

They have a stupid return policy. Then they ask if you want to keep it, and they will give you a partial refund. I said yes—they did not respond or give me refund. Disgusting. I do not know where this business is, and they have no phone no.

I asked if I could make a return and they told me could i keep it for partial return. I said yes and never heard back This is bull[censored],someone needs to go after them.

I experienced the same problem with returning a bathing suit that did not fit (too small). No response to multiple emails and no other way to contact them. I will try to follow up with the credit card company. This is the last time that I will buy from an unknown company that I saw on Facebook. There was no receipt in the package and no information about returning. I will go back to ordering my swimwear from LandsEnd.

Their policy is to email them within 15 days to issue a return. I emailed twice and never got a response. It has been almost 2 months. The quality seemed fine, but I did not like the fit. I'm out $35

I ordered clothing adn it did not fit (their clothing is so cheap - DO NOT BUY!). I had to return it, but according to their website, in order to return anything, you have to EMAIL them and ASK for a lable (Stupid, huh?). So I email them - NO RESPONSE!. I emaile again, NO RESPONSE! SO I disputed teh cahrge through my credit card. Lo and behold! As soon as the company received my dispute, THEN THEY EMAILED ME! (imagine that). So I get ther return label and return items. They RECEIVE the items, but told me I had to WITHDRAW my dispute in order for them to send my money back - THEY ARE LIARS! They blamed it on the credit card company. After speaking with my credit card company, I was told by them that you shoud NEVER Withdraw a dispute. teh reason SCAM companies want you to do that is becasue then the complaint against them is dropped. But once you withdaraw yoru disopute, the bank has no way to pay yo. ANd the DAMN LIARS at Palmcici never paid me back. They are FAKE! DO NOT BUY FROM them - their clothes are cheap, prices are fake, and they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS LIEK THEY SAY THEY DO!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ALOS HAVE OTHER NAMES OUT THERE, SO BE CAREFUL! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO STAY OUT OF OUR COUNTRY (usa) AND PICK ON THEIR OWN PEOPLE IN THE [censored] HOLE CHINA.

Like others that have written here... I have tried multiple times to contact them to return bathing suit with no response. I wish I had read these before purchasing. Now I am stuck with multiple bathing suits and out of pocket cost of over $100. I'd be glad to exchange, but cannot even get a response for that. Very disappointing!

I ordered 3 bathing suits and tried to contact the company to return them. The quality is fine but I don't like how they look. I have made several attempts to email the company but can't get through. Very frustrated.

i received a product that was not as pictured but i did not know how to return. there are no product tags on the clothing. really cheap products.

I ordered one that did not fit. I did not want to wait until I could exchange it, so I just ordered another, which I received and it fit. The only way you can return an item is via an email address. You have to cut and paste the email; the link does not work. I've been sending the same email for weeks, and no response. I cannot find a phone number. So, if your item fits, and there is nothing wrong with it, you are likely in luck. If not, you're likely SOL. Maybe someone at the company will see this post and respond to me. But I've heard that if anyone post something negative, they block you. Personally, I'll never order from them again. So, I'm stuck with a suit that I paid for, but cannot wear.

I purchased a cute swimsuit and cover up from Palmcici. Unfortunately the suit was too big so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I followed the instructions on how to return/exchange and got no response from the company. I finally tried to contact them through messenger and got a response asking for my order number. When I tried to message them back it wouldn’t go through! After going onto their website it seems I am blocked from commenting there. This is a total scam, I have a suit that doesn’t fit and I can’t exchange. At this point I may just try to have it altered but I plan on filing with my credit card company and will try to pursue this further. Seems it happens a lot, these people should be shut down. Also there is no phone number on the site, only email. Buyer beware!

Placed an order, need to return, followed procedure and never responded to my emails. I emailed them multiple times. Very poor business practices. Very disappointed!
