Palace elite over-promised vacation club services that are different from what are actually provided and trapped us into not being able to get a refund within the allowed 5 days by the Mexican government by giving us an upgrade to their grand resort (that we did not ask for and did not want) that they say we will be charged for if they give us the refund for the vacation club. They will jot provide names of employees or email addresses/phone numbers for us to contact. Super shady business.
