Type of a scam Online Purchase
On the day that the puppy was to be shipped out, we received a call from Go Friend Pet Travel and they stated that the crate was not correct and that we would have to purchase a crate in the amount of $9,800.00, which they called and we advised them that we could not afford that kind of money so he advised us that we can rent a crate for $1,510.00 and that we would have to get a money order and deposit it into their account. So we did that. Then we received another email and stated that we had to purchase a life insurance policy on the dog in the amount of $4,000.00, which then I discovered it was a scam and on that same day I found out online that it is all a scam and they described it to a t about what happens.
Paypal refuses to refund us the money after all the emails, the bill of sale, and emailed them the link showing that they scammed us and Paypal continues to deny us a refund.
