I was targetted online and made a purchase at this website pajamapart.com using my credit card to make payments. I was given an order and tracking number. I tracked it until it was said to be delivered on Jan.20, 2023 at my mail box. This item would never fit into the mail box, after a few days I contacted the company via their email [email protected] and a response came to check everywhere and ask neighbors, you know, the usual. After I convinced them I had cameras both at my door and mailroom and no delievery was made. They responded thus:

As soon as the incident happened, we contacted the logistics company, hoping that the logistics company could make financial compensation so that we can also provide a better balance for customers. The logistics company rejected our claim, so we got nothing.

But we can't let you bear this loss,we are willing to make resend to you at no extra cost.

1. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea.

2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions

Looking forward to your quick reply, we will arrange a refund for you immediately after obtaining your consent.

Needless to say, I did not get anything even after I got this other email from them: Thaway <[email protected]>
