Ordered a Christmas shirt in November. I Knew it would 15-20 days before shipping. Contacted company after a month, and was told it was being processed yet, but due to rain it would be longer. Contacted again in January and was offered 15% another order. I stated I just wanted a refund. They then said they do not refund as item was special order. Then in February contacted asking about my order, then they offered a refund. I have yet to see a refund. I was told it would take up to 10 days to process.

I Reached out again and i was told to reach out to bank. No refund has happened yet.

I placed an order on 12/9/22 in the amount of $35.24. I have contacted them multiple times through email and my order is still listed as processing on their end as of 3/10/22.

I made a purchase for a t-shirt on Dec 2nd. I have not received the shirt and it has been 80+ days. I have contacted the vendor several times to request a refund. I was then blocked from messaging on Facebook, so I emailed them. They claim that they cannot refund my money due to a policy regarding custom t-shirts. However, I didn't request any "customization" for the shirt I ordered. Also, they admitted in two emails that they had not begun production of my shirt.
