Cheap and not as described

Placed my order in the beginning of November 2021 and didn’t receive it until beginning of January 2022. I emailed them multiple times to try to see what the status of my package was and never got anything back and they also kept deleting my comment on their instagram page. When the package finaly arrived a paint container was cracked and broken and the paint inside was partial dried up. A few other paint containers were chunky like jello and almost impossible to use but since it was a sentimental gift for my dad I had to make it work some how. After I finished the painting I realized how they truly scammed me. The painting is not at all like the picture I sent in and I followed their instructions on how to send the best picture. The painting showed that my dogs chest is gray and it most definitely is not in the picture I sent. It’s not extra detailed either which is what I payed for. The painting didn’t have any of the features that we truly loved about our dog like his white patch on his chest and his head. They truly scammed me.

Absolutely Robbed

Made a purchase on Jan 21st. While browsing I found the same product for cheaper and locally. Contacted the company within 12 hours of the initial order to cancel it and have not even had an acknowledgement of my cancellation request. I emailed them directly, used the "contact us" form and the chat bot and social media and still not a single response. I just want my money back and never deal with them again.
