This company keeps calling our doctor's office requesting our doctors to sign faxes for different medical equipment for patients that the patients have not requested. Both phone numbers are not legitimate phone numbers no one answers these numbers, the message you receive when calling says this order is in suspended state. They also have requested medical equipment by fax, The name of the company is misspelled-see attachment.
