I purchased a wallet from her back in February and never received the product. I reached out asking for tracking information and she did not provide one only stated that she just got it and was shipping it. Two week later, no wallet has been delivered, nor any tracking information provided. I then reached back out (in APRIL) and she said she wasn't sure that she even had the product and wasn't sure she sent it. When I asked for a refund, she said no refunds were accepted per her shop policy and that she would look into the matter further. I have reported my charge to my credit card company, but I don't want others to fall victim to her.
