The site and social media accounts show artisan cobblers repairing luxury handbags and shoes. I called the number, the gave me a FaceTime interview showing them my handbag and what services they could do to restore the bag. The coat would be $1160 for a total restoration and my bag looks the exact same when I got it back. I sent the bag August 2022 and I received it back Jan 2023
