I am an entrepreneure and owner of a holistic clinic in Montréal. I have been duped by Yellow Pages agreeing to a verbal “contract” of 600$ a month. I tried to cancel twelve days later to no avail. If only for ethnic matters, we must act against this immoral practice. There has been a class action for millions of dollars against them in Quebec in 2019. Oddly, all infos about it has disappeared. They probably settled out of court. I am building a case against them and need all the support I can get to stop their shameful behaviour. After a research on the internet, I found out that they have been cheating thousands of people all over the world (especially in France where they exist under the name Solocal).
My wish is to regroup a big number of testimonies that will contribute as tangible evidence of a need for legislation against Yellow Pages (Pages Jaunes) that will help the SMEs victims of their misleading and unfair commercial practices.
Those people have to be stopped! This is illegal business.
