I was contacted by the company PagerDuty they said they saw my resume on Indeed and offered me a position as data entry pending interview. They required me to download Microsoft team app and contact "Christopher Barrentine " a person who I am now convinced doesn’t exist. Interviee was automated. They asked for my name address phone number which I gave.

I became suspicious when they began asking me about my bank account. They offered a "check" for all the setup costs including computer desk headphones printer copier fax etc. I told them I didn't have a bank account and they haven't been in contact since.
