Bought a (haha) 3D rug. Advertised as a large oval. It comes as a 20"X30" rectangle with some podunk hillbilly looking cheap as squares and lines. The backside is actually pretty but you boneheads falsely advertised your product. SHAME ON YOU!

Yep. Same thing happened to me. I paid almost $45 for 3 foam golf balls. These scam sellers manipulate their websites and wording to scam buyers into thinking they are getting something else. And PayPal won’t help because the seller website technically sent a product with a tracking number. All I can say is Karma. Karma will take care of these people one day.

I have experienced all the same problems and only recieved a foam golf ball. What a dumb move on my behalf.I tried to cancel once I realized the page was no longer available. They replied¹ and offered a 15% refund, then 20 % now 30% but I want full refund or just accept the full loss. Shame on me.

I also bought one of Paechol’s outdoor golf game which was supposed to be 65% off of price and as of yet I have only received a small yellow foam ball from them which cost me $28.89. Still looking for rest of my order from Paechol. This game was ordered back in May. I would like to get my money back. It was paid through PayPal. I have been in touch with a Christine Bill and her E-mail address is [email protected]. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

I also was scammed by Paechol. I ordered an outdoor golf game through a Facebook ad and only received a small yellow foam golf ball and not the actual game which is like corn hole set but for golf. I paid $21.90 plus $6.99 shipping for a $28.89 total through PayPal. The description of my purchase confirmation is different than the ad's description. I haven't contacted anyone to try to get a refund, but after reading the other comment it doesn't sound like it's worth my effort as it was a scam and I won't be able to get my money back.

I ordered this from an Instagram ad and thought I was ordering a game like Corn Hole but for Golf. This company "Paechol" sent a reply email immediately that my purchase was confirmed but I could not find any way to confirm the shipment. When I go into the email and click the "view my order" it goes directly to a page stating the "shop is unavailble". I was charged $21.90 plus shipping for a total of $30.80. I did end up receiving just a little yellow foam golf ball in a small envelope. I thought at the time maybe they were shipping the actual game/board separately. I emailed the company and they said that my order was delivered? When I look back at the description in the confirmation email is states " ⏳Last discount 65% Off Today!Outdoor Golf Game - High-density foam practice sphere(Save 55%) × 1". So, the wording and the picture of the whole game don't match. I guess I will not be ordering anything off an Instagram/Facebook site ever again! I wish that they would investigate companies they allow to advertise a lot better so that the consumer can trust they are not going to get scammed!

I saw an add on Instagram. It came up on my account. It was for a company called Paechol. It was for a backyard or beach golf game (very similar to cornhole except with golf balls and clubs). I ordered 2 games and when I got the tracking number and hit the link, the company is no longer available. A few weeks after I ordered the game 2 golf balls arrived in the mail. They were 2 yellow foam golf balls. I immediately used the card that was in the package and explained to the company that I didn't just order 2 foam golf balls for $43.80. That would be ridiculous. They responded at the above email that I only ordered 2 golf balls and nothing else. Every day, I request an address that I can return the balls to and have requested numerous times that I want a full refund. Every day, I get a broken English email stating I ordered 2 balls for $43.80 and they are willing to offer me a discount to get the game. In their words, it would cost too much for me to return the golf balls. Every day I repeat my request for a refund and an address to return the balls and they keep trying to sweeten the deal to get me to spend more. This is a total scam. I can't believe I fell for it. I usually check where the companies are from and their return policies. I don't know how this one got by me. I know it is not a lot of money, but it is the principal of the thing. I just want Intagram to hold their advertisers to higher standard and discourage companies, like Paechol, and have them pay for their devious behavior in business. It sucks to be taken advantage of.
