This Scammer cloned my rental ad that I had posted on Zillow, Apartments.com, etc., and listed it on PadMapper for a reduced rent at half the price that we were posting. They list a non-working number 503-250-1241 and name as “John Roger”.

There is no way to contact this”PadMapper” company other than emailing them and reporting it to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. We have emailed all the addresses above and have not received a response while the rental listing is still live on their site.

The person who posted this is obviously attempting to scam applicants.

We are very concerned that people will be subject to fraud and blame us as well.
