Received text message asking to complete a questionnaire for a package to deliver they wanted me to download a my address. I did not answer them. I went to the local post office and they said it is a scam and to not respond. Text message came from 639955014182 and 639271293727

In a text message they said that they needed $3.00 to redeliver a package. They asked for my my credit card number, expiration date and security code.
