I received a phone call voicemail from a Matthew Lawson saying that he just received a claim in Yavapai County saying that there was a small window of opportunity with the complainant and to call him back at 855-785-7443. He also left a phone message on my parents voicemail saying it was a courtesy call. I was not aware of any claim filed against me so I went onto google and better business bureau to check the phone number and name of the company which showed no records of them online. I then called them to verify and see who they were and what exactly they were calling about. They wanted to verify my social security and birthdate before discussing anything which I knew was a HUGE red flag. I told them I had received nothing in the mail from them and wanted to know what they were calling about, they became very aggressive with wanting my information and I told them I needed to know the address of their company and at which point they said they weren’t going to provide it and hung up on me while saying, good luck with arbitration.
