Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam
In order to obtain cloud computing storage service resources,
We registered the account at PacificRack, a QuadraNet Enterprises, LLC. through the online website https://pacificrack.com on April 24, 2021, as an account [email protected]. Under the condition that the sales customer service promised to deliver the product VPS in time after payment, we have been recharged 55,000 dollars into the account. On April 24th, 2021, 10,000 VPS were purchased through 12 orders with order number as follows: 540062, 540063, 540064, 540065, 540066, 540067, 540068, 540070, 540071, 540073, 540447, 541634.
PacificRack failed to deliver the total VPS as promised, and after our repeated requests, PacificRack delivered:
149 VPS units at 17:00 on May 2, 2021
200 VPS units at 17:30 on May 4, 2021,
On May 5, 2021, 1,403 VPS units were delivered for a total of 1,752 units, there are still 8,248 units undelivered.
Of the 1,752 VPS that has been delivered, about 550 units were always failed and crash, making it impossible for me to use them properly.
By repeated communications with PacificRack's customer service failed to resolve the situation. Repeated calls to PacificRack's relevant department went unanswered, and repeated report emails to PacificRack went unanswered. The company “PacificRack” made me feel unsecured because of unanswered or replies, and we suspected that was being a fraud.
According to the above:
1.We needed immediate services and that's why we came to Pacificrack. The terrible delay in delivery not only cost me over 120,000 in AWS cloud services but also delayed my project delivery by a month.
2.Due to the immediate needs, we already switched to AWS, and any additional services from Pacificrack are not needed
3. We require a refund for the 8248 sets of VPS that have not been delivered, involving 46240 dollars.
4. Request a one-month free service is provided for the 550 units failed machines that have been delivered and cannot be used normally.
