Pacificozy is an online retailer that I discovered on Facebook. Their long sleeve polos looked particularly attractive so I ordered three of them. The colors and quality of the garments that arrived were significantly different from the images depicted on Pacificozy's website. Their website confirms that Items can be returned at the retailers cost if the reason for the return relates to quality. I contacted their customer service department to initiate a return and they informed me that they reside in China and cannot process returns but that they were willing to issue me a partial return of 25%. I informed them that this kind of behavior violates United States consumer fraud statutes but they do not seem to feel that they are subject to these laws.
