Pacific Clarks was the name of the place I seen on Instagram advertising Clarks shoes. the shoes i received are cheap and are not Clarks. I have been fighting with the company for 2 weeks and over 15 e-amils to try and get a full refund. They suggest I take a partial refund of 20% due to shipping being to high and the global epidemic would take a very long time to receive the product. I finally got them to give me an address to send them back to: 1st Floor, Building A16, Fuqiao Third Industrial Zone, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

It was shown on my credit card statement as Paypal *HAIJIANTECH HA 4029357733 CA
