I ordered a fish online but the website did not allow me to make payment. The seller contacted me through text and insisted I send via PayPal as friends and family. I thought this was because they were a small business and paid it because I was in a hurry. Next, I got a text from someone who claimed to be the shipping company demanding $200 for shipping insurance that would be refunded upon delivery. I asked for more information about their company and they started harassing me about putting the animals life in danger. I reported them to Amex to dispute the charge and try to get my money back.

To pay for my order with PayPal I had to choose friends and family and had some trouble doing it, they had to help me get it paid that way. It made it so PayPal won’t do anything about it.
