I ordered two baby bouncers and gave my name and address and credit card number. They sent me emails about the purchase and shipment. Unfortunately FedEx can't help me bc the tracking number provided didn't match the address FedEx had on file but my email did. I have tried to contact the number provided in the email and website or contact through email support and have not been able to reach any one to resolve the issue. I have made a dispute with my credit card and still waiting to hear back as well
