We had contacted people from andrianalabradors.com regarding purchase of a puppy. Paid 2300 for puppy plus flight costs. Discovered the next morning that the site had been listed as a scam. We attempted to stop the payment as it was made via account transfer but we are still waiting to see if we will receive refund. The people from site did not know we had found out and continued on as normal today I received an email from pet air / pacific pet relocaters how ever the email address attached is the same email address that andrianalabradors.com uses. [email protected]

Was contacted by company after I worked with another party on buying a AKC dog. The company website said they follow all pet guidlines and have been in business for many years. The initial email stated that all papers were in place but I needed a different crate as the one puppy was dropped off with with not work and I would have to pay a cost and I would be refunded when animal was delivered if I choose not to keep the crate. Sounded good to me and I looked up other airlines and they all said same thing that I would have to pay for a proper crate. I asked how they would like the money and they said Zelle or CashApp which I have used in the past and mentioned that I needed to finalize the transaction within 24 hours for animal to arrive. I processed through my bank which uses Zelle and sent them information as they requested and they told me to cancel as they could not hold on to animal for 5 days that it would be best to use CashApp, so I did and processed the cost of the crate. They sent me the flight information and it stated I would receive animal later that evening, and then A few hours later I received another email that due to circumstances I needed to insure the pet on the flight as they had no paperwork for the animal to fly and there was a cost and had to be paid before animal could go on flight. Once they receive the insurance they would put animal on flight that day. Made sense from what I read on other airlines websites. They asked me to break up the payment in two payments. The first payment went through without issue. but the second payment kept getting cancelled or I kept getting internet connection issues. CashApp noted I reached my max for the week (which I didn't) to have company had to send me an invoice which they did, that also would not work. They kept sending me different ID for CashApp to process the payment. After many attempts I gave up for the night. They emailed me the next morning as they promised and said final payment did not go through and sent me another ID through CashApp. I emailed them and asked if they could just call me and I will give them a credit card, they replied back that they don't currently take credit cards. I finally decided it would be best to do a Western Union. They sent me all the information needed and I went and processed through WU.com a few hours later the money was available and received on there end. Then I get a email saying the animal would be on the next flight the next day. I emailed them back and they said due to the payment being confirmed late not to worry the animal was being taken care of. I emailed back and told them I was very disappointed in there customer service and I better get receive transport information first thing in morning or all the transactions will be cancelled as I paid them all with a credit/debit card. They email back and promised that my animal will be here tomorrow. I have all the emails saved for backup and for my records.

I have previously wrote you guys a statement to you guys about cutetoypuppies.com. I received an email from this company say they were ready to ship The dog but needed me to pay another 840$ to ship. I called them and asked if they were scammers and they said “[censored] you” and hung up.
